Event Description:  Col. Rutherford B. Hays and his intrepid 23rd. Ohio Volunteers chase Rebel forces around Virginia.  Protecting the railroads and supplies form enemy attack was a challenge for the 23rd.  This is a skirmish level engagement based on actual events.  We will use our one page of rules fast play system.
